Requirements:

• Either have a University Degree in social work, or have Higher Diploma / Diploma / Associate Degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of experience as Social Worker; registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;

• English language (Syllabus B) and Chinese language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;

• Flexible; positive attitudes towards change and in working with people;

• Experience in caregiver support or corporate wellness is a strong advantage.

Job Duties:

• To oversee and implement the 2-yr project of “Workplace Caregivers Support Program”; including administration and financial management; 

• To raise public awareness of workplace caregivers by organizing promotional events, developing corporate guidelines, providing consultation to HRs on caregiver-friendly policies, etc.;

• To provide counseling, conduct support groups, arrange wellness activities, and facilitate in-person/online workshops to working caregivers;

• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Kwun Tong
