Assistant Manager (Partnership Engagement) P2-ACOMM-CPE

Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, preferably in Event Management, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business;
-
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in fundraising, event management and partnership engagement. Experience in NGOs is preferred;

A good team player with strong project management skills, good organization skills, self-motivated, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written;
-
Excellent in Excel, CRM system and using relevant tools for data analysis.
Job Duties:

Plan and implement partnership initiatives, fundraising events/ programs, such as flag day, charity sale, charity raffle tickets and other fundraising campaigns for individual donors;

Develop and manage fundraising events, fundraising appeals and partnership projects on different scales from proposal preparation, project execution and review through effective coordination with internal and external parties;

Identify and explore potential corporate/private funding sources to develop in-cash/ in-kind sponsorship, corporate volunteering and support for positive partnership impacts with good causes;

Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising event/ program/ appeal to enrich the partnership experience for external stakeholders, e.g. donors and participants;

Social media planning and promotion for attracting traffic and partnership engagement;

Undertake fundraising administration, marketing promotion, donor management work, statistical analysis and data-driven fundraising planning, stakeholder strategies and other ad hoc duties as required.
