Requirement:

  • A Certificate of Registration (General) with valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;

  • English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE/ Level 2 in HKDSE;

  • Possess the Child Protection Online Training (Module 1 & 2) e-certificate;

  • 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience preferable; experience in clinical cancer patient support is preferable;

  • Clinical and/or administrative experience in healthcare field and knowledge;

  • Competency in maintaining open communication with all stakeholders and conflict management; creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, dynamic, independent and collaborative;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Duties:

  • To act as the In-charge person of the Lung Cancer Screening Programme;

  • To join professional training by School of Public Health, HKU;

  • To lead the Service team, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Project in accordance with the protocol and evidence-based guidelines set out by the School of Public Health, HKU and ensure timely completion of activities of the Programme;

  • To recruit and enroll 1500 smokers per year through community promotion education activities for a six-year Programme;

  • To prepare and submit evaluation reports to the supervisor as requested;

  • Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Project Coordinator) assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time.
