Assistant Manager (Communications & Partnership Engagement) P2-ACOMM-CPE

Being one of the members of Communications & Partnership team, he/she will support the Senior Manager to drive the overall development of various engagement strategies to enrich CFSC’s branding, communications and promotion experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience;

Strong business sense, preferably with solid experience in digital marketing;

Excellent communications, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
-
With an innovative, user-centric and active-learning mindset; Experience in NGO sector is preferred;

Track record in managing promotion campaigns, corporate events and fundraising projects;
-
Candidate with more experience with proven record can be considered for the position of Manager.
Job Duties:

Plan, implement and monitor effective corporate communications strategies in enhancing agency image, media relations, publications, events and service promotions;

Develop user-centric and engaging content to promote agency services, from awareness building to conversion, throughout various communication touchpoints;

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to elevate communication impacts;

Provide support to public affairs and potential crisis issue management;

Innovate user & stakeholder engagement journey via exploring and building O2O and cross-functional team collaboration;

Provide coaching support to subordinates to improve staff competencies and drive synergies across team collaboration;
-
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
