Service Contents:
- To provide share rooms in which three or six residents share a kitchen and a bathroom but have their own bedrooms), they are required to cook, clean and shop for themselves.
- To provide individual counseling and guidance for service users to make rehabilitation plan as well as review progress in rehabilitation.
- To provide opportunities and activities such as health education, recreation activities and drug management to develop independent living skills.
- To provide therapeutic group with stress management , social skill and financial management for the residents and family support work.

Service Target:
- People with mental illness, aged 15 or above.
- Physically and mentally suitable for group living and are approved by the professionals.
- Have a stable work or vocational training engagement.
- Mastery of self-care skill with good drug compliance.
- Alcohol, drug abuse, smoking and gambling addiction are prohibited.
- Accommodation needs and willing to participate in rehabilitation training.
Application and Exit of Service Procedures:
- All applicants may approach doctors and social workers for referral. Referrals are made through the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services operated by the Social Welfare Department.
- During the stay, the discharge plan will be formulated which is according to service users' progress and their needs.
- For those service users who do not comply with the rules and regulations or meet the eligibility criteria of the Hostels, their service may be terminated.
