Service Contents:
  1. To provide share rooms in which three or six residents share a kitchen and a bathroom but have their own bedrooms), they are required to cook, clean and shop for themselves.
  2. To provide individual counseling and guidance for service users to make rehabilitation plan as well as review progress in rehabilitation.
  3. To provide opportunities and activities such as health education, recreation activities and drug management to develop independent living skills.
  4. To provide therapeutic group with stress management , social skill and financial management for the residents and family support work.

Service Target:
  1. People with mental illness, aged 15 or above.
  2. Physically and mentally suitable for group living and are approved by the professionals.
  3. Have a stable work or vocational training engagement.
  4. Mastery of self-care skill with good drug compliance.
  5. Alcohol, drug abuse, smoking and gambling addiction are prohibited.
  6. Accommodation needs and willing to participate in rehabilitation training.
Application and Exit of Service Procedures:
  1. All applicants may approach doctors and social workers for referral. Referrals are made through the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services operated by the Social Welfare Department.
  2. During the stay, the discharge plan will be formulated which is according to service users' progress and their needs.
  3. For those service users who do not comply with the rules and regulations or meet the eligibility criteria of the Hostels, their service may be terminated.
