Service Objective

With the objective of “improving quality of life，uniting hostels and community”,

our Multi-disciplinary Professional Team uses the “connection-oriented” approach to strengthen community support and provides outreaching service for residents,

carers and staff of private residential care homes for people with disabilities while promoting care and inclusion.
