Introduction

Community Rehabilitation Day Centre (CRDC) is subsidized by the Social Welfare Department which provides quality and professional community rehabilitation services to those people in need. The professional team includes: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers and Senior Rehabilitation Assistants.

Idea

CRDC aims to enhance the mobility and self-care ability of service users, allowing them to reintegrate into the community and rebuild a meaningful life. We also provides training and support for carers to strengthen their caring ability  relieve the caregiver stress.
